Our Stevens Point dental team combines experience, compassion, and a welcoming approach to help patients of all ages feel informed, respected, and confident in their care.

Ted McGrath

Dr. Ted enjoys working with patients of all ages. He has experience in multiple disciplines of dentistry including restorative, crown, bridge, removable, root canals, oral surgery, pediatrics, and Invisalign. He received his Bachelor of Science at the University of Wisconsin-Madison and his Doctor of Dental Surgery at Marquette University School of Dentistry.

When it comes to his approach to dental care, Dr. Ted is both compassionate and dedicated. He believes in the importance of prevention and education for his patients as their oral health is also connected to their overall health. He strives to improve and restore his patients’ oral health, function, and confidence. Some of the things he enjoys most about his profession are getting to help patients every day and working alongside a talented team of professionals. When he isn't in the office helping patients, he enjoys cooking, being outside in the beautiful areas in and around Stevens Point, and spending time with his wife and their two daughters.

His family has two bulldogs, as he considers himself a Bulldog enthusiast. Brixie is their English Bulldog, and Walter is a French Bulldog. Some of his other interests include traveling and playing videogames.

Cassie Demski

– Dental Assistant

Cassie was born and raised right here in Stevens Point. After graduating from high school, she went on to complete her program in Dental Assisting from Northcentral Technical College. She joined our Parkdale Dental Center team in the winter of 2020. What made her decide to enter the dental field is that she loves helping others become confident in their smiles.

She understands that a dental office isn’t the easiest place for people to be: she loves it when she can help comfort patients and get them on the right track in terms of their oral health. In addition to her warm and comforting personality, Cassie consistently makes our office a better place through her willingness to help wherever needed, whether that’s beside the chair or helping patients at the front desk.

What she enjoys most about working at our office — having been here for the past three years — are her amazing coworkers and getting to see the familiar faces of our patients. When she isn’t working in the office, Cassie loves hiking, traveling, playing softball, and hanging out with her two nieces and one nephew. Some of the places she’s had the opportunity to travel to are Switzerland, France, Italy, Germany and Ireland.

Ashley Studzinski

– Dental Assistant

I graduated with my degree in dental hygiene from MATC in 2012, and I’ve been a hygienist here at NS Belleville since May of 2017. The things I love about this practice are the down-to-earth, relaxed atmosphere and the up-to-date technology and dental techniques. I want patients to know their concerns are always addressed, and I work to ensure they’re always comfortable in my Ashley, one of our wonderful dental assistants, is originally from Rosholt, Wisconsin. She started work in our office in September 2021, and she is currently in the process of earning her Dental Hygiene certification.

What first drew her to the dental field is the fact that she wanted to help patients feel confident and help them through the journey of making their smile even better. When it comes to approach to dental care, Ashley is always looking to deliver the most comfortable and informative experience possible to our patients, serving them to the best of her ability. Along with her experience and skillset, she brings to our office a welcoming and positive attitude, as well as a willingness to help out anyone on our team. While she mostly assists our dentist, she also helps wherever she is needed in order to make each day go more smoothly. What she enjoys most about working at Parkdale is getting to work with great people—people who genuinely care about our patients—and the wonderful atmosphere where our team has built strong relationships with one another. When she isn’t at work, Ashley likes to be outdoors and active. Her favorite pastimes include hunting, fishing, hiking, playing volleyball, and traveling. One interesting fact about her is that she used to show dairy cattle growing up.

Christina Woods

– Registered Dental Hygienist

Tina is one of the talented and experienced members of our hygiene team. She was born in Louisiana, raised in Colorado, and after graduating high school and a time working in another field, she graduated from college in Colorado with her Dental Hygiene degree. What made her want to enter the field of dental care was that she had worked with an oral surgeon and realized that she loved teeth.

Additionally, she wanted to make people feel comfortable at the dentist, since she was always so scared of it growing up. She moved to our area to be near her two adult children and her grandchildren, and we’re glad she did. In terms of her overall approach to her profession, Tina focuses on teaching people how to take care of their teeth and—even more than that—helping them to like their smiles.

She always treats patients how she would treat her own family. One of the most important ways that she contributes to the success of our office is through patient education: she always wants our patients to be fully informed about the condition of their teeth, the services being provided, and ways to prevent tooth decay and other problems. She’s also flexible in her scheduling to help get our patients in for appointments. What she enjoys most about being part of our Parkdale Dental Center team are her wonderful teammates and patients. Outside of work, Tina loves spending time with her kids and her grandkids. A few of her hobbies include hiking, biking, kayaking, and gardening.

Carla Gagas

– Registered Dental Hygienist

Our experienced dental hygienist Carla is originally from Stevens Point. After graduating from Stevens Point Area Senior High, she went on to earn her associate degree in Dental Hygiene from Northcentral Technical College. She has always had an interest in helping people, and she is always focused on educating patients early to prevent disease and/or prevent it from moving forward. When it comes to her overall approach to dental care, she treats every patient with kindness and understanding, ensuring there is never any judgement.

She understands that all patients have different needs and some may need special care, and she goes above and beyond to make this happen. What she likes most about our office is being part of a fun, caring groups that wants the best for our patients. Outside of work, Carla enjoys spending time with her husband, Eric, and their furry kids. Some of her favorite activities are spending time outdoors, working on her hobby farm, and running her dog and cat

Ashley Lange

Heading up our office's administrative team is Ashley, likely the first person you'll see when you walk through our doors. Born in Seattle, Washington, she graduated from high school in 2009 and went on to gain her certification in Dental Assisting in 2011. From 2018 on, she has worked in dental administration and has been a wonderful addition to our team since she joined at the beginning of 2024. In addition to the year's of experience she's had working in the dental field, Ashley brings to our Parkdale Dental Center team a practical, straightforward approach to patient service. She is adept at helping members of our patient family utilize their insurance benefits and get scheduled in the most timely manner possible. Her favorite part of her job is making people smile. Outside of the office, Ashley enjoys hiking, boating, reading, and playing with her dog, Nellie
